Business Systems Analyst - Resolving Lawson Human Resources, Personnel, Benefits and Payroll issues. Installation and upgrading Lawson to current releases. Installation and setup Websphere access, designed developers laptop setups, AS400 PTF's.
After Ratner outsourced all Lawson HR/Payroll/Financials in 2007 I migrated all legacy databases to Lawson 9 and provided automated interfaces for outside sources.
Using Lawson ProcessFlow I developed an automated Invoice scanning, indexing, interfacing, load, release, approval process.

Responsible for the installation, administration and helpdesk support of an
AS/400 and 6 Local Area Networks running Novell NetWare supporting the
Alexandria Community Services Board in 29 locations including the hospital,
jail and schools. Upgraded 250 Windows 3.12 PC workstations to Windows 95.
Configured and installed 6 Novell NetWare 3.12 servers. Converted 300
GroupWise 4.1 users to Lotus Notes 4.6. Administered NT RAS and NT Lotus Notes
servers.

Computer Consultant. Advised directors of the latest retail technology available from IBM, ICL, NCR and other suppliers. Installed an IBM AS/400 and converted existing customer databases with no business interruption. Configured and installed a Head Office LAN and a Wide Area Network to 50 Noel Leeming retail stores. Installed OS/2 LANs in the stores with IBM 4694 Electronic Cash Registers attached providing bar coding, on-line account/credit inquiry and posting from the cash registers. Repeated the installation with upgrades to latest hardware and software when a merger with largest competitor Bond & Bond occurred. This was a hands on position with extremely tight schedule dates, all of which were met.
